Phil Has Valentine Gifts for Susie

Here is the other new fanart that I made for Valentine's Day this year. This time, the featured pair is one of my favorite couplings from the Rugrats sequel series All Grown Up! - Phil DeVille & Susie Carmichael. I had not drawn this adorable couple in over a year, so I figured this Valentine's Day was a good enough time to get a new fanart of them posted. Thus, we have this nice, simple-looking picture in which Phil is presenting a bouquet of roses and a box of candy to a delighted Susie. It goes without saying that I think it looks sweet, and I hope my fellow Rugrats fans think so as well. With that out of the way, I again say, Happy Valentine's Day!
