Looking back over my previous Nicktoon fanart, I noticed that while I had drawn quite a few kissing pictures of "ChalkZone"'s Rudy Tabootie & Penny Sanchez, I had never done one in which Penny had left a lipstick mark on Rudy's face. So I decided to go ahead and do a new picture of them, similar to
my last Timmy/Tootie pic, in which Penny is giving her boyfriend a lot of kisses.
And of course, Rudy, majorly blushing with his eyes having taken the shape of hearts, is absolutely lovestruck by receiving all these smooches from the love of his life.
Naturally, I think this Rudy/Penny is every bit as adorable as the Timmy/Tootie picture.
