Tootie and Charlotte's Video Game

I decided that the next new Fairly OddParents fanart I would draw should be a one featuring my OC, Charlotte Lilipadia, of whom I hadn't drawn a new picture in almost three years. And since I mentioned when I posted my first picture of her that she is good friends with Tootie, I figured that my next new fanart of Charlotte should have the two hanging out. As you can see, I went with drawing the two girls playing a retro handheld video game together. And apparently, Tootie is winning.
