Description
This is a picture of Jimmy Neutron saving his rival/girlfriend Cindy Vortex with a plunger crossbow. That's not saying much. This was requested by 
, and it is based off of a similar scene from the "Bonkers" short "Draining Cats and Dogs" (originally seen on "Raw Toonage", where the character originated). This was a bit difficult for me to do, as I have not seen that short in a long while (and if you have Toon Disney, you know why), so I can't fully remember how the whole cartoon went. And no, I have no idea what Jimmy's supposed to be hanging onto (I didn't draw a background). Maybe he's hanging from Cindy's window? Oh, BTW, the reason I'm posting this today is because I just got Nicktoons: Freeze Frame Frenzy for the Game Boy Advance! I'm also listening to Nicktoon themes at the moment.

in "lights, camera, danger", didn't he have hover shoes? maybe he's using those & his hand is up there just because of the force of her weight. Just a thought...
