Phil and Susie Dancing

This is the other new fanart I decided to draw up this week featuring one of my favorite Rugrats/All Grown Up! couplings on a formal dance date. This time, the spotlight is shining on the adorable yet underrated pairing that is Phil DeVille & Susie Carmichael. I've drawn these two on a formal date before in commemoration of Rugrats' 20th anniversary five years ago, so I figured I should draw that idea again for the 25th anniversary this year, this time with the both of them wearing new formal outfits. And I think it came out really nice. Hope my fellow Rugrats and All Grown Up! fans like it!
