Phil and Susie's Formal Date

This is the last of the three fanarts that I have drawn, depicting one of my favorite couples from "All Grown Up!" in formal wear, for the 20th anniversary of "Rugrats". In this drawing, the featured couple is Phil DeVille & Susie Carmichael. Phil's dressed up in a green tux with matching bow tie and cummerbund, and Susie's wearing a golden yellow prom dress and silver earrings. And like the other two couples, they having a good time together on their date.
